  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 


Damages & Replacements

 

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement piece at no additional charge.

 


Non-Refundable Shipping

 

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage (such as change of mind or fit) are not eligible for free return shipping.
